Our Story
Aamaa Disability and Health Care Services was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that disability support should be built around the person, not the other way around.
Our founders saw first-hand the difference that truly personalised, compassionate care can make — not just for participants, but for their families and communities. That experience shaped everything about how we operate today.
Based in Melbourne and serving participants across Greater Victoria, we have grown into a trusted NDIS provider known for our warm, responsive approach and our genuine commitment to the people we support.

Our Team
Our support workers are carefully selected for their compassion, professionalism and commitment to person-centred care. Every team member undergoes thorough screening, NDIS Worker Orientation training and ongoing professional development. We match participants with workers who share their interests and communication style — because the right relationship makes all the difference.
